Fosaran 150mg Injection is probably safe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
CAUTION
Fosaran 150mg Injection is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Fosaran 150mg Injection may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
SAFE
Fosaran 150mg Injection is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Fosaran 150mg Injection is recommended.
Fosaran 150mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Fosaran 150mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with moderate to severe liver disease.

How Fosaran Injection works
Fosaran 150mg Injection is an antiemetic medication. It blocks the action of a chemical messenger in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during treatment with anti-cancer medicines.
Common Constipation, Fatigue, Diarrhoea, Indigestion, Headache, Decreased appetite, Hiccup, Increased liver enzymes.

Fosaprepitant may cause drowsiness, dizziness, light-headedness or sudden sleep. Do not drive or use machinery while using it.
